BUNDLE AND SAVE
Get a custom portrait and stickers of your very own PlatterCat! Your kitty will be designed in the PlatterCats style and will include any characteristics, or traits specific to your own kitty. Things like color, markings, breed, floof, and even level of chonk 😹.
In addition to your custom kitty, you can even add one or two of their favorite things like: their favorite toy, furniture, shirt, hat, food, or anything else that your kitty loves!
The background will be a very faint light gray (unless specified otherwise) with their name at the bottom and only ONE kitty and up to two simple objects are included in the base cost of this portrait. The more detailed your description is of what you'd like to see, the better I'll be able to create your portrait!
You can add additional kitties to the same portrait for $35 per additional kitty in the same portrait (just select it above and it'll adjust the cost).
What You'll Receive
If you'd like additional prints, keychains, stickers, or masks once you've seen everything, then I can send you a custom invoice for any additions at a reduced cost than listed in the store. Just let me know! |
Current Digital Proof TurnaroundI'll e-mail you within 1-2 days after your order is placed to let you know that I've received everything and ask any questions if needed. Please keep this e-mail! It will be how I e-mail you updates on your portrait.You'll receive a digital proof of everything 10-20 days after you've placed your order and I've received all required information about your portrait and custom kitty items.Once you've approved, I'll e-mail you the high resolution digital copy. Then I'll get to work on producing everything! This will take another 5-7 days for me to prepare. |

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

There are 3 USPS shipping rates available:
- USPS First Class (4-7 Days) - $2.95
- USPS Priority Mail (3-5 Days) - $8.95
- USPS Priority Mail Express (2-3 Days) - $30.00
- USPS Priority Mail Express will also move your order to the top of the list to be completed before any others!
- New orders are dropped off at USPS Monday through Saturday within 2-5 days!
- The two Priority Mail options tend to be more consistent with their arrival times than First Class. If you need your order sooner than later, then I'd recommend upgrading your shipping to Priority!
- Tracking is included on all orders (with the exception of sticker only orders).
- Sticker only orders ship in a normal envelope without tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Spend $50 or more and your shipping is free!
- All items ship with tracking and insurance for a flat rate of $13.50.
- Note: Due to complications with VAT, shipping to Europe is currently unavailable

Please keep in mind that the number of days to receive your order once it's in USPS's hands is an estimate, not an official number.
Most packages are showing up on time, but a number of them have also been showing up 7-14 days after the estimated timeline. Please be patient with USPS as they're doing the best they can.
These shipping delays are unfortunately out of our hands once your package is dropped off at the post office, but please feel free to reach out if your order looks to be extremely delayed by USPS, or if you have any questions or concerns.
