Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at plattercat@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number. I offer the option of a refund, replacement, or store credit for damaged items.
Apparel Exchanges:
Regrettably, I do not offer direct exchanges for apparel due to sizing or style preferences.
However, I am more than happy to provide a solution if you're experiencing an issue!
