I do not currently offer international shipping. The complexities of shipping internationally is not something that I'm comfortable taking on.

I source products from separate POD partners across the US, along with sometimes creating and shipping from my own home! Each has their own timeframe for shipping. This may result in multiple shipments if you order a variety of items at once!
Don't worry though – you're not charged for these shipping costs and your complete order will arrive, though it might be in multiple packages at different times!

I do not accept physical returns, but I do process refunds where they're warranted. Please be aware that all refund or store credit requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review the refund policy below:
Damaged Items:If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at plattercat@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number. I offer the option of a refund, replacement, or store credit for damaged items.
Apparel Exchanges:
Regrettably, I do not offer direct exchanges for apparel due to sizing or style preferences.
However, I am more than happy to provide a solution if you're experiencing an issue!
To report an apparel issue, please contact me at plattercat@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed back to your method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Store credits will be issued in the form of a unique code sent to your email.

At PlatterCats, your order is processed and shipped from our trusted POD partners within 3-5 business days. Expect delivery within another 5-10 business days depending on your location from our distributors.
Any handmade items are processed and shipped from my home in Garland, TX.

I currently offer one standard shipping option that's free, and unfortunately, there's no option to upgrade since most of the timelines are set from the POD partners.
That being said, please feel free to reach out if you're needing an item sooner and I'll do the best I can to accommodate!

It is crucial to ensure that the address provided during checkout is accurate because once your order has been shipped, I'm unable to make changes to the address and this will result in a failed shipment and delay in reshipping the order.
